A Few Seconds of Calm

It’s very easy to get caught up in the day to day tasks and become overwhelmed. Often times, we can help ourselves by taking a few deep breaths before moving on.

I find the sound of the ocean soothing - to me, it’s a natural metronome. I find it easy to naturally fall into a more mindful state when listening to the waves while I do my deep breathing.
